A: Our vending machines are provided, installed, and maintained at no cost to you.

Q: Do we have to maintain the machines?

A: No! We handle everything from stocking and inventory to machine maintenance.

Q: What is the length of the contract?

A: No long-term contract! Cancel anytime! All we ask is that you give us 30 days to see how the machine performs. If you choose to cancel, please allow us 2 weeks to remove the machine.

Q: Can we choose the snacks and drinks?

A: Absolutely. You’ll work with us to select your ideal product mix.

Q: What’s a Micro Mart?

A: A Micro Mart is an open-style smart vending machine with self-checkout — great for many (not all) locations. You scan your credit card or tap to pay, the machine opens, you take what you want, and your card is charged when the door closes.

Q: How often do you restock the machines?

A: Restocking frequency depends on your location’s traffic and usage — but we monitor inventory daily through the machine’s technology and restock proactively to ensure consistent availability.

Q: What happens if a machine isn’t working properly?

A: Contact us, and we’ll respond promptly — within 24 hours or less — to service or repair your machine.

Q: Do you offer healthy snack and drink options?

A: Yes! We offer a wide range of healthy snacks, including protein bars, trail mix, baked chips, sparkling water, and more.

Q: Do I need a large number of employees to qualify for a vending machine?

A: Not necessarily. We evaluate each business individually.
